When companies are growing at a fast-pace either by expanding to new markets or merging with other existing companies they face many challenges. New processes must be in place, new systems must be created, new people must be integrated as they are bringing their own way of interacting with each other and their own projections for the future.

In fact, cultural entropy is a measure of dysfunction. It shows the degree of non-productive or destructive energy in an organization (e.g. blame, manipulation, internal competition, corruption,… and these are potential limiting values that impact negatively in performance.

HOW WE DO IT
We use CTT – Cultural Transformation Tools working with data collected in more than 80 countries, 6.000 organizations and over 3.000 leaders. The Cultural Transformation Tools are used by corporations, NGO’s, government and municipal agencies, communities, schools and nations. The CTT values assessment instruments are available in over 50 languages.

MEASURING THE COMPANY’S CULTURE – Cultural Values Assessment (CVA / CDR)
CDC Consulting Partners provides your company with a comprehensive diagnostic of the culture of your organization by asking just three simple questions that take around 15 minutes to complete. We can also provide the same detailed report to any demographic grouping you care to observe. The cultural data report gives your company the cultural values data for a significant number of demographic groupings. The CDR provides essential data in a concise format that enables groups to work with large amounts of information in a simple and clear way.

MEASURING DIFFERENT COMPANIES CULTURES TO FIND COMPATIBILITY – Merger Compatibility Assessment
Many mergers fail due to cultural incompatibilities. The Merger/Compatibility Assessment identifies cultural integration issues. It allows you to do cultural due diligence report as you would for financial due diligence. The Merger/Compatibility Assessment enables leaders to anticipate and plan for cultural issues that could arise in a merger or acquisition. The assessment allows you to integrate teams and departments more easily by understanding the strengths of each group, as well as the obstacles that may arise.

SMALL GROUP ASSESSMENT (SGA)
The Small Group Assessment is a cost effective way to map the values of a team or group culture of twenty people or less. The Small Group Assessment can also be used for smaller sized companies, with 20 people or less.
- The SGA can generate deep meaningful discussions about what is working and not working in the culture of the team or group you are assessing.

After this understanding, we initiate a coaching process with the leader where his or her leadership goals and priorities are identified and defined to be achieved in a certain moment in time.
HOW WE DO IT
We use the Leadership Development Report (LDR) that compares a leader’s perception of his or her operating style with the perception of their superiors, peers and subordinates. Assessors also get the opportunity to indicate how they believe the leader needs to change to help them become the best leader they can be. Emphasis is placed on a leader’s strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
The LDR report is used to work with the leader through the following coaching process:
1 – Exploratory session (using physical materials)
2 – “Being” and “Doing” coachable results session(s) – Identifying the leaders “Being” and “Doing” desired results and prioritizing them.
4 – Results Game & Well Being Game sessions(s) – measuring the leaders evolution towards his or her “Doing” and “Being” results.
5 – Guidelines for life – Report on the leaders’ guidelines for life obtained throughout the whole process.

Through the first part of our work together, you will establish a positive emotional connection with yourself to define your authentic personal ambition. The number of sessions needed for each step will depend on you and your commitment to do this work on yourself.
1 – PRESUPPOSITION: The power of your personal brand starts inside out.
- Fundamentals on Personal Branding and initial diagnosis on your personal ambition;
- Assessment on your Personal Values and feed-back. With this assessment you will learn more about what is really important for you.
- Defining your personal legacy.
2 – METHODOLOGY: Introspection and self-knowledge (Asking & Answering) using coaching methodology
3 – TOOLS: Mission, Vision and Values.
Part II – ACTIVATING YOUR PERSONAL BRAND.
The second part of our work together will make you aware of how you have been “SHOWING UP IN YOUR WORLD” helping you understand what behaviors you should maintain and what shifts are needed for you to be seen as your authentic self, by your talents, your strengths, your values… as this is what people will remember of you!

Working in the corporate world for so many years made me aware of the enormous human potential wasted everyday with great impact in collective performance (profit) and individuals well-being (happiness). - LIFE PURPOSE SESSION – Throughout this session you will get a statement of your Life Purpose that will accompany you everyday helping you start making the decisions that will lead you to the happiest version of your life (3 hour coaching session).
- ASSESSING YOUR VALUES - Through a personal values assessment you will discover more about what is important to you in all areas of your life and we will be guiding you with the results (1,5 hour coaching session).
- “BEING” AND “DOING” COACHABLE RESULTS SESSION(S) – Identifying your specific “Being” and “Doing” desired results and prioritizing them. Through 3 coaching sessions you will identify the specific results you want to achieve and, very importantly, you will know exactly WHY you want to achieve them and this will fuel your energy everyday! (1,5 hour coaching sessions).
- RESULTS GAME & WELL BEING GAME SESSIONS(S) – measuring your evolution towards your “Doing” and “Being” results (1,5 hour coaching sessions).
- GUIDELINES FOR LIFE - We will receive a report on your Guidelines for Life, obtained throughout the whole process.
