In fact, Culture is the way people interact everyday with each other, how they make decisions and take action, how they feel engaged to the company´s goals. In other words, Corporate Culture is very simply: “the way we really do things around here”.


If the Leaders of the company are just looking at the numbers then Culture is not on their radar, it´s not something that they are measuring or even aware of, and yet, exists underneath all the systems, processes and people´s interactions within the organization.
